    Architectural Change Application Info

    The Architectural Change Application is to be used by homeowners to detail proposed projects on their lot for review by the Architectural Review Committee. Projects may include: landscaping installation, decks/patios, fencing, in-ground pools, permanent sport equipment installation, house painting, window/door replacement, room additions, siding/gutter replacement, etc.

    The completed application should be submitted via mail or email to Centerpoint Community Association Management. Owners may email their applications (one PDF) to support@centerpointcam.com.

    Please know this process is in place to protect homeowners. Unapproved projects are at risk of required removal if they do not meet the community standards. In addition, the application will be retained by Centerpoint in owner lot files as a permanent record of the project. Please reach out to Centerpoint with any questions.
